Some of these sculptures have such an amazing presence. Somehow you could almost feel this green coming at you; it's probably a calming color compared to all the fire!

This one captures the chaos of the random fire explosions going on all over. Fun times!

I love how everyone's on bikes cruising all around the playa.

I believe it was called the Temple of Forgiveness, but I might be wrong. It was a very beautiful structure, and it was incredible to watch it slowly burn and fall down. It must've been a lot of work to construct the thing, and now it's all gone. At least the 50,000 of us that attended this week got to appreciate it before and during this moment.

We made it!

We made it!

After what felt like a long drive, we finally arrived at Burning Man! This was my first year, although my girlfriend is a seasoned veteran. There was so much to see that I feel like I barely scratched the surface.

Yes, I finally made it to burning man! This place is a photographer's dream; and I'll try to put more pics on this blog. Most of the photos are going to be on my flickr page.
My favorite phrase from this experience is;
"Burning Man. Where nature makes a serious attempt to kill you."
